Thank you for shopping with Emirah store. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and PK holidays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within the United States are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the Pakistan.

At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
